Transitional Executive Administration Act 2016

An act to establish the conventions, standards and procedures when a new executive government is elected, and the support and information the outgoing government is expected to provide.​

Now, therefore, BE IT ENACTED by the order of the glorious Constitution of this People's Republic, by and with the advice and consent of the democratically elected representatives of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party, in holding the public mandate, in this present committee assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows-

ARTICLE I -Short Title​

(1) This act may be cited as the “TEA Act 2016”.

ARTICLE II - Definitions​

(2) “Principal Act” shall refer to the current bill here presented.

ARTICLE III - Support for a New Administration

​(3) Upon the election of a new executive administration, the outgoing government is expected to provide the following support:

  • a) Outgoing ministers shall provide full details of the workings and goals of their departments to their successors
  • b) All moderation powers of forums and threads is to be transferred to the appropriate member of the new government
  • c) Access to social media accounts is to be transferred
    • i) Upon transferring, the password to the account is to be changed. The Head Admin shall be informed of this change - along with being provided the new password.​
  • d) Access to the recruitment nation is to be transferred
    • i) Upon transferring, the password to the account is to be changed. The Head Admin shall be informed of this change - along with being provided the new password.​
  • e) All skype and discord admin powers are to be transferred, if they are tied to the role of an executive office
  • f) Any other support that the outgoing executive deems appropriate​

(4) The following information is to be provided to the new administration:

  • a) Classified foreign and domestic information
  • b) State of the region, written by the outgoing General Secretary, or appointed minister
  • c) Templates for reports and designs for forum posts​

ARTICLE IV - Schedule​

(5) The principal act shall come into force immediately upon passage of the Central Committee with the signature of the General Secretary.
