Regional World Assembly Vote Act 2017

An act to transfer the World Assembly votes of the regional Delegate to the appropriate sections of The Party.​

Now, therefore, BE IT ENACTED by the order of the glorious Constitution of this People's Republic, by and with the advice and consent of the democratically elected representatives of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party, in holding the public mandate, in this present committee assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows-

ARTICLE I - Short Title

​ (1) This act may be cited as the “Regional WA Vote Act 2017”.

ARTICLE II - Definitions

(2) “Principal Act” shall refer to the current bill here presented.

ARTICLE III - Provisions

​ (3) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be in charge of the regional WA Delegate's vote in the Security Council chamber of the World Assembly.

(4) People's Roleplay Council shall be in charge of the regional WA Delegate's vote in the General Assembly chamber of the World Assembly.

  • (a) A non-binding gameside poll shall be organised for every GA resolution at vote.​

ARTICLE IV - Schedule

(5) The principal act shall come into force immediately upon passage of the Central Committee with the signature of the General Secretary.
