1st Amendment to the Party Promotion Privilege Act

An amendment to establish one nation for all party promotion telegrams.

Now, therefore, BE IT ENACTED by the order of the glorious Constitution of this People's Republic, by and with the advice and consent of the democratically elected representatives of the Central Committee, in holding the public mandate, in this present committee assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows --

ARTICLE I Short Title

(1) This act may be cited as the “1st Amendment to the PPP Act”.

ARTICLE II Definitions

(2) “Principal Act” shall refer to the current bill here presented.

(3) “Advertisement” shall be defined as any explicitly or otherwise partisan media produced by a member of a party or any other media that features such.

ARTICLE III Provisions

(4) Clause (4) and subclause (a) of the Party Promotion Privilege Act 2017 shall be amended to read the following:

(4) All political parties shall be given the permission to send free mass telegrams to the residents of The Communist Bloc, provided:

  • (a) All advertisement telegrams are sent from a single nation, expressly marked as the nation used for party promotion, that will be managed by the Administrative Council. All political party advertisement telegrams will be sent and published through said nation.

(5) Clause (4) of the Party Promotion Privilege Act 2017 shall have the following appended:

<sr>(c) All advertisement telegrams are addressed to every resident nation simultaneously. No nations are excluded by the sender.</sr>

ARTICLE IV Schedule​

(12) The principal act shall come into force immediately upon passage of the Central Committee with the signature of the General Secretary.
